Ray White Milford

Given Spaceworks isn’t your average design and build company, we were delighted to take on this challenge, delivering a design that was full of thoughtful flair. While most real estate offices blend into the background, Ray White Milford wanted to stand out. Owners, Kris Cunningham and Shane Coote craved a space that reflected their personalities—a space with their stamp on it.

In an embrace and celebration of Ray White’s brand colour, yellow our talented designer Lauren Gibbs identified opportunity for its playful inclusion throughout. Coupled with the owners love of a sleek black environment, the resulting space is the perfect balance of vibrancy and sophistication meeting them halfway, the results speak volumes.

Despite tight budget constraints, Lauren transformed the space embracing the base build’s existing industrial condition, blending concrete floors and exposed ceilings seamlessly. Clever joinery solutions replaced walls, serving multiple functions—from storage to signage. Kris and Shane even challenged Lauren to create a plant wall unlike any other, something cool. Something different! Enter the acrylic light box that that contains plants inside —a unique feature elevating the space and setting it apart.

Shane and Kris sum the project up perfectly: “The end result was everything we expected and hoped for, but probably a little bit better.”
