Appetite
Appetite
Seeking to create a vibrant space reflecting the culinary journey they offer to their customers, Appetite’s owners turned to Spaceworks for help. Designers Lauren Gibbs and Kathryn Fan took on the challenge, revitalising Appetite within tight deadlines and budget constraints.
Spaceworks focused on strategic painting and lighting, infusing the previously dark interior with energy and character. A playful colour palette and carefully placed lights created a welcoming atmosphere, perfectly complementing the restaurant’s name.
Despite challenges, Spaceworks transformed Appetite into a must-visit destination. Lauren and Kathryn’s commitment to solutions, regardless of project size, was pivotal in success.
Reflecting on the transformation, Lauren notes, “It’s been wonderful to see this space activated by happy people embracing the new ambiance.”
The collaboration resulted in a dynamic, inviting space resonating with customers. Appetite’s owner, Leisha Thompson says, ‘’We reached out to Spaceworks after purchasing the restaurant that is now called “Appetite” we gave a brief of the look and feel we wanted to achieve. Lauren and Kathryn worked to a tight deadline and were flexible on the work they supplied to achieve this. Customers now walk in and say how they love the spaces, how welcoming it feels, compliment the colours and lighting. We could not have achieved this without the professional advice we received from Spaceworks. Thank you for helping us create the vision that we wanted for the restaurant.’’
