She draws on global research and industry insights to stay ahead of workplace trends while leveraging her connections to provide clients with informed, practical solutions. Jana understands the balance between creating people-centric environments and managing capex constraints, ensuring businesses get the most value from their spaces without compromising on functionality or impact. More than anything, she values relationships, remaining involved well beyond handover to the design team, ensuring clients always have a trusted partner to call on for advice, fresh thinking, or a strategic chat.

Outside of work, she’s a busy mum and an avid (albeit amateur) golfer who’s always happy to connect over a round.
