Tank Juice has been a proud Kiwi brand since 1998, serving up fresh, healthy juices, smoothies, salads, and wraps. With over 90 stores nationwide, their mission is simple: make it easy for Kiwis to enjoy everyday wellness through real, wholesome ingredients.

Innovative Design at Mānawa Bay
The design of the Tank kiosk at Mānawa Bay takes things a step further—it’s not just about aesthetics; it’s about creating a seamless, intuitive customer experience. Every detail enhances the customer journey, from ordering to payment and pickup.
Smart Navigation: An innovative orange light reflection subtly guides customers through the kiosk, reinforcing brand identity while improving queue flow.
Functionality Meets Style
The salad bar sits at the heart of the kiosk, streamlining internal workflows and making customer interaction effortless. Staff efficiency and customer experience were equally prioritised in the layout.
A Unique, Curved Kiosk
Instead of a standard rectangular kiosk, we introduced a curved design—requested by the landlord, Auckland Airport, to fit within the dining precinct aesthetics. One side features a gentle curve, while the other maintains a structured form, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal.
Brand Presence with a Purpose
The curved canopy reinforces Tank’s signature branding while showcasing how creative design adapts to unique site requirements. LED screens at the pickup point engage customers while reinforcing brand messaging.
Driving Sales & Growth
Mall kiosks like Mānawa Bay are key revenue drivers for Tank, often outperforming street-side or in-store locations. With 10 more Tank outlets planned for next year, each design will continue to evolve, tailored to fit unique spaces and enhance customer experiences.
A Word from the Designer
Lead designer Anau Milton embraced the challenges of this project, balancing aesthetic appeal with operational efficiency. As Tank expands, Anau is excited to push design boundaries, proving that thoughtful, customised spaces are the future of retail.
