The project presented significant challenges in both timing and risk management. With scaffolding set up both inside and outside the Glasshouse, we faced the unique challenge of working above active train tracks, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum safety. Additionally, trades were scheduled for work before and after our timeslot, making the programme inflexible and leaving little room for any issues that might have arisen.
Thanks to the creative thinking and innovative approach to programming, the team came together to complete the project four weeks ahead of schedule!
