Our New Home in a Historic Britomart Landmark

We’re thrilled to announce that Spaceworks has leased level 2 of the historic Kiwi Tavern Building Britomart (also known as Spaceworks House) at Level 2, 23 Britomart Place, Auckland Central 1010. While our official move isn’t until early next year, we couldn’t wait to share the news!

A Rich History: From Tavern to Creative Hub

This iconic heritage site has been part of Britomart since the 1920s. Originally a lively tavern where locals gathered, it has witnessed the transformation of Auckland’s downtown. From boozy nights and bicycle pioneers to a safari gone wrong, this building holds many stories.

Now, it is set to become Britomart’s latest heritage building to be refurbished with sustainability in mind, targeting a 5 Green Star rating.
