Jana Stringer

The biggest decisions in a project are usually made before any design work begins.

Jana works alongside clients at that stage, helping define what’s needed, what’s possible, and what makes commercial sense. With a strong background across the commercial property sector, she brings a practical, big-picture lens to every project, balancing user experience, business goals, and financial outcomes.

She works closely with clients to define what success looks like early, whether that’s unlocking value in an existing asset, supporting leasing outcomes, or shaping an environment that genuinely works for the business and its people, both now and into the future. Her approach is straightforward and commercially grounded, focused on cutting through complexity and keeping projects moving in the right direction.

As Commercial Director, Jana leads the commercial and marketing function at Spaceworks, shaping how the business engages with clients, opportunities, and the wider market. She is focused on building long-term partnerships and making sure every project delivers value beyond the physical outcome.

Outside of work, she’s a busy mum and an avid (albeit amateur) golfer who’s always happy to connect over a round or a wine.
