Quite simply, I thought you did a fantastic job in the creation of our new store. I really appreciate the way in which you did so much more than just put together a set of plans to build from. Right from the first contact I made, I found you and the rest of your team to be enthusiastic, open-minded, and knowledgeable to work with, a refreshing change from dealing with designers that have "their way"" of doing things which must be followed. Not only do I think your concept and design of our store was brilliant, but the input you had throughout the project, especially when things didn't go quite to plan, was invaluable and appreciated. Given the task of relocating 120 Auckland based staff from 3 floors to 2 floors of our building I had my doubts as to whether it would actually be possible. After having my first meeting with Spaceworks the impossible appeared easily achievable. The team at Spaceworks were always very accommodating and very patient throughout the project. With me moving the goal posts significantly several times, timeline changes, floor plan revisions and ensuring the business remained operational through the 3 months of the refit I always felt confident in knowing Spaceworks would be visiting regularly and was always available by phone if required. Spaceworks also played a key role in ensuring our sub lease partner received their floor space in exactly the way they required it. Spaceworks kept me fully up to date with progress, changes to plans and solutions to challenges we faced along the way. Spaceworks were very professional in working with our staff through the making significant changes to their working environment and I can confidently say that all our staff are very happy with our new, more functional work space. If I required these types of services again I wouldn´t hesitate to give Lizzi and the team a call and would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring design, fit out and project management. I would also have no hesitation in having Spaceworks project manage for me, no matter how big or small the task. I would just like to say, thank you very much for a job well done. You both made the transition from rented premises to our own building a pleasant one. We had been told many times by family and business associates that it won´t happen on time and it won´t happen to budget. Well, you proved them wrong on both accounts. The building team was courteous, hard working and nothing seemed too much trouble and more importantly they got us in our office on time. As to the budget, we did go over, by about 3%, but it was our own choice and they were variations we agreed with you before any money was spent. You are transparent in terms of process and cost, efficient and prepared to go that extra mile for your customers. We have now been in the building about 3 months and have had many complements about the look and feel of the office space. I would have no problems recommending you to another company, and would use you again, if the opportunity arises again.

I am delighted to say that our experience working with Spaceworks for our office relocation was very positive. Spaceworks were very thorough in their research to understand the needs and culture of our company, and designed a stylish, professional, and practical new office for us.Their guidance throughout the whole office move process was much appreciated ­ they often offered tips regarding the move which were beyond the office design and build ­ they were happy to help in all areas. Spaceworks were very understanding of our budget, and worked closely with us to ensure that our budget was met, but without compromising on quality. We have now moved into our new office and are delighted with the finished product! The personal attention and care taken really shines through. Estate Property Group (NZ) Pty Ltd engaged spaceworks to carry out the fitout of our office in Auckland City. Our contact was Lizzi Whaley and we were impressed with her willingness to get involved from start to finish and her “can do” attitude. The project progressed without any major issues and the final result is comparable with the very best of our offices in Australia and Asia. We recommend Lizzi and the Spaceworks team to any Company looking for a professional team to provide innovative and creative design ideas and project management of their office refurbishment.

Following the great feedback we received from both staff and suppliers about our Spacework´s designed showroom, we asked Spaceworks back to guide and assist us in refurbishing the remainder of our Penrose premises. Our requirement for our three floors to take on a more dynamic flavour was complicated by the need to capture different identities for various parts of the business. If it wasn't for the excellent, economical ideas of the Spaceworks team and clear direction on what would and wouldn´t work (as well as their extreme patience!) we may never have finalised how we wanted to achieve our goals. Excellent project management skills saw contractors and suppliers working to a tight schedule as the three floors were completed consecutively, leaving me to focus on keeping staff happy during the four office moves. They were always very easy to get hold of and very quick to solve any minor issues that arose, saving us from any disasters that could easily derail a project of this scale. Spaceworks' attention to detail ensured the finishing touches were not forgotten and that we received maximum value from contractors and suppliers. The final design provided bold, fresh and spacious office spaces that we are proud to show visitors around. The kitchen has proven to be a huge hit as a funky environment for staff to meet and entertain in given the disparate nature of our Penrose premises. We would not have qualms about recommending Spaceworks to anyone contemplating this sort of project.

When planning the daunting task of moving a 150 people telecommunications business was first tabled the task appeared to be a difficult one. Once Spaceworks came on board the task was then far easier and the project management by Spaceworks was brilliant. There were a number of interested parties involved in this project and required the ability to be both creative and proactive to ensure that nothing was left to chance. The design layout has worked out well and the staff are happy in their new work environment, with the fun “chillout” area a favourite for staff. We would have no hesitation in recommending Spaceworks for anyone to use.

We are very, very happy with the layout and the fitout of our new offices. We have an office that is both very practical and at the same time striking in appearance. Everyone who works here is happy to do so and only too happy to show visitors around. We found from the original conception that it was a real pleasure to deal with Jane and Lizzi of Spaceworks and even since our completion, any other matters have been dealt with, with friendly efficiency. We are a small surveying consultancy that has recently relocated to new premises. The original building had been renovated to shell stage only and was requiring a complete fit­out. This enabled us to design the layout to suit our needs. We visited a number of other surveying firms of similar size with purpose built premises including Wood and Partners who recommended Spaceworks as being able to produce what we wanted economically and with minimal input from ourselves. From the first visit we were impressed with their professionalism, they listened to what we were saying and we quickly established a good working relationship. As a result, their initial design fulfilled most of our requirements and very few changes were made to the office layout thereafter. During the fitout we were impressed with how they worked with other contractors and they were able to resolve problems quickly and efficiently with little involvement from us ­ if we did encounter any difficulties, they were only a phone call away. Spaceworks has produced a fantastic new environment that works well for us and has also impressed many other clients and visitors that have called in to our new offices. Special features include the detailed design on the glass film which incorporates our company logo, a funky reception desk and meeting room table and a tasteful appealing colour scheme. We would have no hesitation in recommending Spaceworks as an interior designer.

We looked at the Spaceworks website portfolio and found that the designs were contemporary, fresh and well aligned with the brand values of each company. The Spaceworks team were responsive, easy to work with and took the time to understand what was important to us in terms of image and function. Spaceworks provided outstanding service to us during our recent office relocation and fitout. Having been in the same premises for twenty years, this process was new to us and we appreciated the imaginative ideas and enthusiasm of the Spaceworks team. I used the services of Spaceworks to design and manage the fit out of our fabulous offices in Parnell. I was really impressed with their ability to translate my vision for Ultimate into an office space that reflects who we are ­ we are not a starchy 'corporate' recruitment company and I wanted to get that across to our clients and candidates as soon as they walk in our door. Spaceworks made the whole process easy and enjoyable, when these projects can easily turn into a nightmare! We get compliments on our office design all the time, and people always comment that our environment looks and feels relaxed and friendly, while still maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism.
